TBT-S Nondominant Hand: Applying Movement/Action to Treatment

Objectives:

1. Define what TBT-S means by “Movement/action”
2. Actively participate in experiencing the nondominant TBT-S intervention tool.
3. Identify three traits the nondominant hand targets, according to the TBT-S video or book.
4. Describe how dominant trait pressions work against a person with EDs.
5. Identify how the patient knows what to do to shift their destructive ED symptoms into healthier solutions through the nondominant hand exercise (book and video).
6. Describe what impacts the client's tendency toward healthy solutions.
